Purpose and Scope
The Senior Facilities Associate is a key member of the Maintenance Team which is responsible for maintaining the facilities, systems, and equipment at the highest standard. He or she should be motivated, self-driven and capable of troubleshooting and identifying the corrective action required to return systems and equipment to a safe and fully operational condition. He or she should possess and uphold the core values of the company and should be willing to work the hours necessary support the goals of the company. Strong communication skills are required along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, following verbal, written and/or hands-on instruction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance of facilities infrastructure and production equipment
- Maintain documentation and records as instructed
- Installation of equipment and associated utilities related to both facilities and production equipment
- Ability to work at heights utilizing a ladder, man-lift, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining and keep work areas in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Responsible for maintaining inventory levels in a neat and organized fashion.
- Ability to work indoors or out of doors as required in various weather conditions normal to our area.
- Yard and building maintenance
- Complies with all Company safety and environmental policies.
- Maintains all applicable professional licenses and training as required, company will be responsible for continued education and license fees if applicable.
- Completes all company required training as required and on-time.
- Fork truck experience is a plus.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. A license or degree in a trade field such as plumbing, electrical or HVAC is preferred.
- 5 plus years of related experience or training; technical certification is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents and schematics.
- Some computer experience required.
Communication Skills
- Possess and can demonstrate communication skills in both written and oral form. Must be effective in communicating at all levels of the organization as well as with service providers.

and management direction. - Must be able to maintain confidentiality and guard the integrity of proprietary information.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for this position.
