Position Summary:
Responsible for executing ASCTrac transactions to facilitate the movement of materials within the North Carolina sites. Responsible for the management of warehouse write-off and the removal of rejected/expired materials. Lead and provide work direction to logistics associates to meet cycle counting requirements. This role will also support ASCTrac generally as a SME. This role will help manage item creation as well as other master data requirements. Responsible for Quality Management systems impacted by Inventory control including SOP revision, deviation investigation, and CAPA completion.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the cycle count program for the Warehouse(s) and Stockrooms. This includes supervising the process and supporting the root cause analysis of discrepancies and help foster an open communication between the sub teams within Supply Chain as well as operations.
- Main responsible for inventory accuracy on inventories of outside warehouses.
- SME of ASCTrac system
- Responsible for the development and maintaining of Inventory control related KPIs
- Act as back-up in the absence of Receiving, Shipping, or Warehouse Supervisor.
Position Requirements:
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech GMP materials management experience required.
Salary Range: $67,564.40-$93,024.80
Salary range provided per current averages and expectations. The salary and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
