We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager in Advanced Analytics to support our marketplace operations. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales strategy and productivity across site traffic and marketing channels, supporting seller Go-To-Market initiatives, incentive programs, and pro badging of sellers. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in fast-paced and ambiguous environments and should possess strong problem-solving and exceptional analytical skills.

What You’ll Do:

- Provide end-to-end analytical support for complex projects.

- Manage risk associated with implementation and develop data models for complex projects.

- Implement modeling solutions and execute advanced analytics to address unique business and technical problems.

- Support strategic recommendations to cross-functional leadership based on analysis results.

- Develop and implement data analysis strategies and anticipate future trends.

- Maintain team motivation, engagement, and mentor Advanced Analytics Specialists.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Navigate international team dynamics and work across multiple sites.

- Execute on strategy, set team priorities, and demonstrate adaptability to address business, resource, and operational challenges.

Minimum Qualifications:

- BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.

- 8-10+ years experience in data analysis or an analytical capacity.

- 4+ years experience in Analytics, Data Science, Digital Analytics, or eCommerce Analytics.

- Proficient SQL programming skills, experience with big data technologies, and modern data visualization tools.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

- Ability to communicate technical material to various audiences.

- Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or Master’s Degree in a related technical field.

- Background in Digital Analytics, Retail, and/or eCommerce.

- Knowledge of A/B and Multivariate test design and implementation.

- Experience using enterprise-level analytics platforms.
