  • Adversarial Simulation: Mimic the tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used by real-world threat actors to test our incident response capabilities and detection systems.

  • Vulnerability Research: Know the latest with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors, and apply this knowledge to improve our defenses.

  • Exploitation and Post-Exploitation: Actively exploit vulnerabilities, intensify privileges, and pivot within the network to assess the depth of a potential breach.

  • Reporting: Create detailed reports summarizing findings, potential risks, and recommendations for remediation.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including security architects, incident responders, and SREs, to enhance security posture and incident response strategies.

  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of testing activities, findings, and methodologies used.

What we need to see:

  • BS or MS degree (or equivalent experience) with 8+ years of experience in the security industry.

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), or other relevant certifications preferred.

  • Proven experience in offensive security, red teaming, penetration testing, or ethical hacking.

  • Deep knowledge of common security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, etc.).

  • Proficiency in penetration testing tools and frameworks such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, etc.

  • Strong understanding of operating systems, networking protocols, and cybersecurity concepts.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to simulate real-world attack scenarios.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical findings to non-technical partners.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Published CVEs for RCE/LPE attacks

  • Penetration testing experience with Kubernetes, Data Center and CSPs (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP)
