TKO is seeking a Systems Engineer with strong project management skills to work with a development team of 5 developers, provide process improvement, systems engineering, requirement management and vision execution in support of the Data Normalization and Automation (DNA) TTO.

The successful candidate will have experience with:
• agile development, and instilling agile values, principles and practices into the team
• planning and organizing demos,
• ensuring proper use of collaborative processes, and removing impediments from team or escalating them for removal
• analyzing and reengineering business processes
The successful candidate will have
• strong problem solving skills,
• be able to learn fast and willing to learn in public,
• excellent people skills,
• will partner with Product Owner and the leadership team.
SCRUM Master Certification preferred.
Basic Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field plus fifteen (15) years of systems engineering experience.

OR

• A High School Diploma or GED plus nineteen (19) years of general systems engineering experience

OR

• A Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience.

OR

• A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience.

Required Skills:

• Ability to learn fast and willing to learn in public
• Excellent people skills, in order to partner with Product Owner and the leadership team.
Desired skills
• SCRUM Master Certification preferred

Ability to work remotely
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $134,300 - $257,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $154,400 - $290,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
