Lockheed Martin is seeking an energetic and high performing colleague to join the team in Sunnyvale, California to support a diverse team of systems engineers in the applying the best practices of Requirements Management. In the future, there may be an opportunity to work intermittently from the Pleasanton facility.

As a Systems Engineer within the Requirements and Verification team, you will:
• Support Requirements & Verification, Integration, and Test Leads in defining Requirements Management Tool architectures such as DOORS module hierarchy, access controls, and view development
• Execute baseline configuration control for content maintained within the program Requirements Management tool using established processes and ensure unclassified and classified content is synchronized
• Manage the DOORS Admin and Production task Queue
• Support module owners with DOORS exports for Peer Review, board approval, and releases, module readiness, linking, transfer/restore requests, configuration control/baselines, and general DOORS questions
• Produce releasable quality documents from content maintained in DOORS
• Mentor new DOORS Admin team members and train adjunct staff to establish a cadre for surge support
• Perform administrative tasks such as reset DOORS passwords, create new DOORS accounts, update DOORS access, provide DOORS folder access

Basic Qualifications
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering concepts and processes
• Knowledge of baseline control and change management concepts
• Knowledge of DOORS or similar requirements management tool(s)
• Advanced understanding of Microsoft Word
• Basic understanding of MS-Excel
• Final DOD/TS or DOE/Q security clearance, with the ability to obtain timely TS/SCI w/polygraph
Desired skills
• Current TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
• Familiarity with SP-RS Program processes and customer & program team
• Communication skills to engage and influence team members, program teams, and/or leadership
• Knowledge of DOORS DXL or understanding of high-level program language to learn DXL to troubleshoot issues with program’s custom scripts

Ability to work remotely
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Security Clearance Information
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $82,200 - $157,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, and New York is $94,500 - $178,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
