What you'll do:

• Focus on tooling and process development for steel and aluminum closures.
• Deliver tooling and processes to support new product developments and improve manufacturability, quality, maintenance and reliability performance.
• Identify and deploy tooling and processing best practices that improve and standardize performance across all metal manufacturing facilities.
• Provide technical support of existing manufacturing equipment, tooling, and processes with metal manufacturing operations.

What you'll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum eight (8) years’ experience in mechanical engineering, manufacturing and/or project management
• Knowledge of tooling and metal manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency using solid modeling for design engineering (preferably SolidWorks) and with statistical data analysis techniques and using that information to make good design decisions.
• Able to travel up to 50% to manufacturing facilities located in Indiana and Pennsylvania.
