You’ll be taking the driver seat in a thrilling launch of an exciting new printing technology (HP Indigo LEPx), and will be responsible to drive it to success in the Americas through the highs and the lows. This position will be responsible for end-to-end success of the product, including customer experience, execution of upgrades, knowledge of technical teams, and more.
Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
Provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients.
Exercises their knowledge within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
May provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.
Responsibilities:
Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines, in which the company must operate to be successful: Routinely exercises independent judgment in taking trade-off decisions and managing complex situations and risks. Occasionally - manages customer escalations and orchestrates the organizational effort to resolve promptly and satisfy the customer.
A team player who can generate strong partnerships with peers (sometimes: global) to share and receive information and knowledge, and partner to drive solutions.
Needs to be able to clearly see and reflect the wood for the trees, communicate efficiently with both professional experts on the ground as well as high-level executives (internal/external), and able to convey the message in a crisp and engaging manner.
Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of methodologies applicable to project management. Has an extensive understanding of critical project management techniques.
Education and Experience Required:
First Level University degree; Advanced University degree preferred.
7+ years in project management roles or in equivalent roles/businesses.
