Supports the efforts of the Chemical and Beverage Sales/Service team in accordance with the Regional Field Service Manager. Provides coaching, training and development of Sales and Service Specialists to ensure high level of service and repairs on equipment programs. Effectively penetrates sales of existing accounts and maintains existing chemical and beverage dispensed business ; supports sales in an assigned Region/Division.
Plans and assists in the personal and professional development of the Chemical and beverage sales and service specialists in assigned region.
Trains, motivates, and supports the sales service specialists to provide unparalleled service to GFS customers.
Identifies and coaches sales and service specialists on service and preventive maintenance related issues. Identifies and presents service program information to internal and external customers.
Provides equipment expertise and market intelligence.
Participates in the planning and execution of training for all aspects of sale and service specialist responsibilities.
Communicates changes or opportunities to the Regional Field Service Manager, Non Food Specialist, Sales and Service Specialists and CDS involved.
Monitors and evaluates working models that define sales and service specialists’ capacity.
Supports regional employees in servicing and repairing Chemical and Beverage equipment and covers vacation and open routes as required.
Our Ideal Candidate will Have:
Bachelors Degree in Business or related field (Preferred)
Five years previous sales and equipment repair experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
