Job Responsibilities

As a Field Service Technician, you will service existing accounts by analyzing work orders, investigating complaints and resolving problems.

Additional responsibilities for the Field Service Technician include:

Ordering and gathering components and parts

Performing acceptance tests

Suggesting improved methods and techniques to customers regarding door care and operation

Recommending system improvements to customers

Keeping service information confidential

Participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications to stay current on your technological knowledge.
