Overview

Provide professional services to customers for implementing software solutions. Provide consulting services related to the configuration and work-flow development.

Responsibilities

- Validates technical solutions for feasibility. - Implements software solutions according to a defined solution "blueprint". - Provides technical support for solution implementations. - Functions as technical escalation for internal resources (Help Desk, Field, etc.) and assists with the Pre-Sales process for solution sales where required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience. - Available to work beyond standard hours as required. - Travel - local and regional but can extend nationally, 25-50% travel possible; valid drivers' license and acceptable driving record necessary, certain minimum auto insurance coverages are required. - Network+ certifications needed, or equivalent in experience required.
