What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Oversight of annual sourcing plan development, management, and execution.
  • Identify risks and opportunities to clients/stakeholders and recommend strategies to achieve firm goals while mitigating risk.
  • Own sourcing compliance and controls across the sub-vertical. Identify and develop opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner teams with operations by providing management, detailed instruction and follow up to support the operations teams in standardized RFP/bid and contracting processes.
  • Develop and maintain systematic, analytical, and results-based methods for savings, monitoring supplier’s performance, sourcing effectiveness and communicating these results to the business.
  • Collaborate within S&P (Category Management, Work Dynamics, etc.) to manage performance and relationships with key supplier partners.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive short and long-term benefits to Clients and the JLL enterprise.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
  • 3+ years of Property Management experience (highly desired)
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, organization skills and analytical ability
  • Proven track record of excellent internal and external customer service
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while delivering results in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and communicate professionally
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 25% - once a month)

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Ensure the vision and strategy of the regional market sourcing plans are implemented and aligned with necessary objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships within markets verticals key stakeholders.
  • Manage suppliers to ensure overall performance expectations are met across the associated properties.
  • Contribute to the strategic vision for Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) support of the Markets Property Management (MPM) business and the firm, including best practices and innovation.
  • Effectively develop and lead short-term and longer-term sourcing strategies, effectively manage suppliers and internal networks to deliver best-in-class performance.
  • Establish relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management for cross-functional collaboration.

Estimated compensation for this position is: $80,000-$90,000 base + bonus
