BMS Hyderabad is an integrated global hub where our work is focused on helping patients prevail over serious diseases by building sustainable and innovative solutions. This important science, technology, and innovation center will support a range of technology and drug development activities that will help us usher in the next wave of innovation. The Lead Analyst, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) is responsible for delivering, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise Identity Governance and Access Management systems and processes at Bristol Myers Squibb. Responsibilities: • Serve as a subject matter expert and support the implementation of Identity Governance program requirements. • Maintain Identity Management systems and provide escalation support for system issues, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution. • Collaborate with stakeholders on IGA initiatives and service offerings. • Execute and coordinate technical activities within and across groups, monitor processes and systems for potential improvements and simplification. • Monitor IGA systems and integrations are reliable and robust to minimize the scope and duration of system and infrastructure outages. Routinely review software to maintain current versions of applications, infrastructure, and integrations. • Execute Access Reviews campaigns and certification. Operationalize reports and analytics. • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and business needs pertaining to the IGA domain. Position Requirements: • 7+ years of hands-on development, configuration and customization experience in Identity and Access Management. • Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent experience. • Advanced knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow, LDAP Directory concepts, architecture, and design. Additional Skills include Linux, Web services, Java and Amazon Web Services. • Deep knowledge of security principles, practices, and procedures. • Extensive hands-on experience with Identity Management technologies and systems in a large enterprise setting. • Experience working across multiple teams to drive projects and operational activities. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to form strong relationships within a matrix organization. #HYDIT #LI-Hybrid
