The pay range is $87,900.00 - $158,200.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As a Sr. Financial Manager, Strategy Finance - Growth, you will help ensure Target achieves its long term financial aspirations by providing a holistic assessment of the long term financial expectations of Target’s Enterprise Strategic Growth Priority. You’ll interpret financial and operational performance in order to identify business risks and opportunities by creating financial tools to streamline decision making, and partnering with internal clients to develop long range goals. You will influence future iterations of Target’s Strategic Roadmap through the analysis, sizing and driving financial insights for potential new and emerging strategic growth priorities and opportunities.

Core deliverables include:

• Business Case Development & Financial Modeling: white space analytics, development of financial frameworks and tools to support and elevate new and emerging strategies throughout the Growth System

• Partner Negotiations: influence and guide teams through negotiations to data-driven decisions informed by strong financial modeling

• Strategic Priority Sizing and Monitoring: lead FP&A sizing process of current and future Enterprise Strategic Growth Priorities, key to Target’s long term financial aspirations

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs.
