Position:Staff Accountant II, Internal Reporting
This is a great opportunity to join our Corporate Internal Reporting team as a Staff Accountant II focused on reporting and consolidations! Under limited supervision, while developing professional expertise, you will evaluate transactions and records to the GL as necessary to ensure they're accurate and complete. You will support integral customers, develop relationships with various client groups, and maintain/update current financial information.
This position is part of a hybrid work schedule allowing for 3 days in the office per week and 2 days remote. This position may be eligible for potential relocation assistance for the right candidate.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist with monthly consolidation of Arrow’s worldwide results.
Assist with preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements.
Extensive monthly analytical review of financial results.
Communicate with corporate and field management regarding financial performance.
Responsible for complex intercompany transactions and improving intercompany reporting between the regions.
Develop process efficiencies.
Prepare ad-hoc analysis as required by executive management.
Work closely with all financial departments to ensure accurate reporting of financial information.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
Minimum of 1-3 years related experience.
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task.
Familiarity of accounting principles.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work well with deadlines and re-prioritize work assignments as needed.
Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
