ARA’s Randolph, VT division is growing and has an exciting, fulfilling opportunity. ARA is seeking a Production Control Coordinator to assist with production control and warehouse duties. Candidate should be skilled using computer systems to manage production orders and inventory.
- What you’ll do as a Production Control Coordinator
- Assist in the daily planning, critical item follow-up, and movement of material and products through the manufacturing, inspection, test, and shipping areas to meet established delivery schedules.
- Compile and release prepared manufacturing documentation, including work orders and design documentation to the production floor.
- Receive incoming material and transfer into inventory.
- Perform daily cycle counts to validate on hand inventory quantities.
- Run inventory reports and generate requisitions to replenish required stock levels.
- Assist with the disposition and correction of non-conforming material with quality and manufacturing personnel.
- Package and ship orders to customers.
- Calculate shipping estimates for quotations.
- Generate export documentation.
- Assist with manufacturing assembly work on occasion.
- As a production control coordinator at the Integrated Products Division, you will have exposure to mechanical and electrical assemblies on state-of-the-art products. From security systems to robotics, our products vary considerably.
- Production Control Coordinator Requirements
- Computer usage experience (preferred).
- Ability to work independently.
- Effective communicator oral and written.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Capable of multi-tasking and have flexibility as required to help our teams in the areas of need.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years minimum experience in manufacturing environment.
- Production Control Coordinator Preferences
- ERP/MRP system experience.
- Scheduling experience.
