Our location in Columbus, OH, currently has an opportunity for a Senior Program Manager – TPM (Third Party Manufacturing) Strategy and Technology
The Opportunity
- This position has the responsibility for the Strategic and Technology Programs for Global TPM (Third Party Manufacturing). The position demonstrates stewardship and provide strategic leadership for executing organizational goals on behalf of senior leadership, be able to anticipate challenges and by working with directors and regional management to drive these programs.
- Build regional and global metrics that clearly measure the success of the program. An understanding of financial accounting to ensure savings, and/or financial impact are achieved and accounted for properly.
- Drive the organization to fact-based data technology to support the growing business needs to have accurate data through technology means. Build, nurture and support a strong data management culture with technology, high quality implementation, self-motivated innovation, problem solving and evolve the teams balance for use of information and data.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the Technology programs, ensure program scope and success criteria are established and aligned. Proactively identify, monitor, and manage program opportunities/risks/issues.
- Lead and coordinate multiple workstreams which focus on improving the flexibility, agility, and overall performance of TPM function through the overarching umbrella program as “Operational Excellence”.
- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance across the Global TPM network.
- Provide strategic leadership for developing the strategic programs and ensuring the content roadmaps get executed by working with both leadership and management of the global TPM organization.
- Lead representative for the TPM organization at the management level for all division led Operational excellence and technology programs.
- Liaise with other Project Owners, functional managers, and management to monitor business processes.
- Leads project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of projects.
- Identifies areas for process improvement, and defines and implements solutions, liaising with other stakeholders such as Project Owners, functional managers, and senior management as appropriate.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree Business, Supply Chain or Procurement discipline preferable but not a prerequisite.
Preferred:
- 8 plus years preferable not a prerequisite.
- This position requires someone with Procurement/Project Management/Operational Excellence/Supply Chain experience at a mid/senior level. Excellent interpersonal skills to manage key stakeholders’ expectations, TPM leadership in an environment with changing priorities and challenges.
