What are we looking for?

• Bachelor of Sciences degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering or similar technical field or in country equivalent.

• A minimum of 3+ years experience in a technical area such as research and development, product development, quality assurance, laboratory or food engineering.

• Computer skills sufficient to use data input systems and Microsoft Office are required.

• Knowledge of pet food manufacturing preferred.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• The Supplier Quality Assurance Officer is involved in the supplier / raw material development process, driving the continuous improvement of current partners.

• The SQA Officer needs to build collaborative links internally with Research and Development, Quality and Food Safety, and the Supply department, as well as externally with our suppliers in order to deploy MQM, HRCI, Mycotoxin and all Mars standards.

• Accountable with the buyer that all suppliers respect Royal Canin quality expectations and values/fundamentals.

• The SQA Officer is responsible for udnerstanding audits, statistical data analysis, high knowledge of ISO norms (9001, 14001, 22000, etc.) and Royal Canin 10 rules.
