Club Car is looking for a high potential candidate to join the Supply Chain Development Program. The purpose of Club Car’s Supply Chain Development Program is to provide a structured environment where you will be immersed directly into various supply chain roles. During which each candidate will be able to harness their unique talents and interests as you rotate through the development program and contribute straight to the company’s overall success.
 
What’s the commitment? The Club Car Supply Chain Development Program is a 3.5-year program consisting of three 1-year rotations and one 6-month rotation spanning across various supply chain functions. Within each rotation, you will take on direct responsibilities for each unique role working side by side with our current Supply Chain Teams. In addition, Club Car will invest in each Club Car SCDP candidate by creating opportunities to lead Continuous Improvement projects and funding both professional certification(s) and continuous education/training. Associates will also have increased visibility to C-level leadership through business updates, presentations, and networking opportunities.

Supply Chain Development Program members will also have the potential to rotate throughout several different geographical locations. Assignments are based on business need and may be subject to change. A presence on-site is required to participate in the Development Program. Relocation will be discussed upon hire and continually throughout the program as your location changes.
 
Upon successful completion of the program, candidates are placed into an open role that aligns with both the associate’s strengths/interests as well as business needs.

The Successful Supply Chain Development Program team member will meet the following minimum qualifications: 
  • BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent concentration required
  • Experience gained through Supply Chain internships or other related work involvement required
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, presentation and communication skills required
  • Basic understanding of Six Sigma (Supply Chain) preferred
  • Experience with data reporting tools (PowerBI or Tableau) preferred
