We are looking for a reliable and organized Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to assist with the management of daily logistics and activities. In this position, you will contribute in an administrative capacity in support of customer service and supply chain departments. Responsibilities include helping their organization run smoothly and ensuring that deadlines, business plans or anything related gets accomplished on time. The Supply Chain Coordinator role will be responsible for assisting with order fulfillment processes, shipping discrepancies, freight inquires and payments, act as a liaison with our Supply Chain partners. This role will work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing, Accounting and Finance, Customer Service and the Supply Chain Inventory and Logistics teams.  Reporting to the Supply Chain manager.

Ultimately, this position will be a support role to drive overall exceptional customer experiences!


Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. 


  • Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Communicate and help coordinate shipments and support escalated issues for internal business partners and external customers
  • Maintain and update vendor information in our ERP system
  • Reconcile payments to invoices ensuring that all invoices are completely reconciled and closed out in agreement with suppliers’ payment requirements
  • Responsible for tracking and collecting all billing documents, evaluating received documents to ensure that appropriate information has been obtained for successful invoicing
  • Maintains all documents relating to supply chain and customer service processes in accordance with the company’s quality requirements
  • Participate in supply chain and customer service cross functional projects and undertake ad-hoc work as required to support the business
  • Working with team leaders, managers and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals
  • Resolve day to day supply chain operational issues, which includes trouble shooting and problem resolution
  • Supports and follows departmental procedures and policies
  • Assist supply chain and customer service with workload as the business requires
  • Designing and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations
  • Delivering reports to department heads, management teams and boards of directors to provide insight into the overall efficiency of the organization
  • Conduct general and clerical office tasks
  • Communicate with corporate and logistics personnel at all levels
  • Build slide presentations with supply chain and customer service information and data provided by department heads
  • Assist with submitting expense reports
  • Ownership of all quality department SOP documentation, adherence, and SCAR CAR PAR systems
  • Various management meeting minutes and communication to stakeholders
  • Account receivable and collections as necessary
  • Manage and obtain quotes for supply chain operation
  • Document/contract storage management/organization
  • Assisting with the management of daily operational activities
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as making travel arrangements, answering phones, scheduling meetings, etc


  • Other duties as assigned.
