Job Overview 

Raycap, Inc. is looking for Technical Inside Sales Support to join our Industrial sales team in Post Falls, ID!  

 

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Preforms Inside Sales tasks, which include creating and distributing customer quotes, processing orders, and providing logistical information when needed
  • Communicates directly with customers on sales support, status of purchase orders, product manufacturing, verification of product data along with any necessary customer follow up
  • Provide information and education to customers regarding products, product manufacturing, and production timelines
  • Technical resource for our electrical industrial product lines 
  • Cultivates strong working relationships with assigned accounts, business, and manufacturer reps 
  • Help maintain sales data and information spreadsheets and tools
  • Proactively work with existing customers to identify new opportunities within other segments of the account 
  • Other assigned duties as necessary 

 

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in business, electrical engineering or technical discipline; or equivalent 2+ years of related experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication, writing, and telephone manner
  • Ability to effectively work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or SAP a plus
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems:
    • voltage, amps, grounding, phases, etc.
    • able to read 1-line electrical drawings
