The Marketplace Manager II, Risk Tools and Controls role is a key contributor to our growing US Marketplace Business, now and into the future.
You’ll sweep us off our feet if:
You understand and have experience working with and implementing risk related tools and systems within complex marketplace environments. These tools will aim to enable teammates to reduce and action fraudulent and high-risk activities within the marketplace.
You think and act like an owner and love working with teams to identify issues and build solutions at scale.
You enjoy conducting and maintaining risk related tools, managing dashboards, and providing regular performance reports on key performance indicators.
You are able to asses and review risk management tool usefulness and recommend necessary changes and updates
You are comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including, customer service, product, and analytics.
You enjoy building strong relationships with internal stakeholders in a complex, fast paced environment.
You’re organized, disciplined, and can prioritize effectively in an environment of limitless opportunities.
You communicate effectively across different mediums (written, verbal) at different levels of an organization.
You’ll make an impact by:
Identify opportunities, executing changes and optimizing risk tools –identify opportunities to grow risk tools and work with cross functional teams to deploy new tool strategies and improvements.
Building Scalable solutions – Partner with internal & external team members to build elegant solutions that deliver risk tools on a massive scale.
Developing partnerships with other experts: Maximize relationships with new and existing cross functional partners and tap into the efforts of other, complimentary subject matter experts related to marketplace abuse.
Operating with excellence – Set an example in using tools to improve to KPIs and delivering excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years’ experience in marketplaces, ecommerce, or related field
Strong analytical skills, excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
Experience in a fast-paced environment with ever changing priorities
Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks related to ecommerce products and listing abuse a plus.
