1st Shift Monday thru Friday 7 am – 3 pm

Must be able to efficiently perform all of the following functions:

• Forklift certified and able to operate all types of lift truck equipment in the assigned facility.
• Operate Glad Hand Locks to lock trailers.
• Perform cycle counts and other inventory control functions.
• Operate AS400 Plan Loader to receive trucks, and open and close truck doors.
• May train others in warehouse functions.
• Any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months experience in a warehouse position.
• Ability to operate lift truck equipment and pass the Mohawk lift truck certification.
• Working knowledge of AS400 system, or willingness to learn system operation.
• Able to lift a minimum of 80 lbs several times per shift.
• Able to work in a warehouse environment, subject to periods of extreme heat and cold.
• May have to work outside at specific intervals.
• Able to sit, stand, reach, bend, climb, and twist without restrictions.
• Ability to climb on and off a lift truck numerous times a shift.
• Works in and around moving equipment and machinery.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Vision must be correctable to 20/40.
• Must be able to work day or night shifts.
• Dependable, with a good attendance record.
• Flexible regarding work schedule, as requirements often change due to business demands. (ability to work 3rd shift Sunday thru Thursday 7 p -4a if needed)
