WHAT YOU WILL DO (YOUR MISSION)

Highlights:

  • 4 ten hour shifts per week
  • First Shift: Monday - Thursday 5 am to 3:30 pm
  • Friday shift is considered overtime (time and half) after 40 hours and will be opened up depending on production schedule.
  • Birthday day off, Holidays, week off between Christmas and New Years Day, Vacation & PTO (accrued beginning day one)

As a Welder, you will work side by side on one of our production lines assembling, spotwelding and welding our Make Up Air Units based off our production schedule. You will be using various hand/power tools, spot   welding, pemming, riveting, and welding. This is a great position for someone who is looking to get their foot in the door at a manufacturing company with an awesome culture.

Compensation  for  this position includes a competitive base salary and quarterly uncapped  profit based bonus plan tied to company goals and profitability. CAS offers competitive medical, dental, vision insurance; paid time off; paid holidays; and a matching 401k plan.
