There’s more than one path to finding the right career. And a lot of paths require people to stop moving forward in order to make a change. Go “back” to school. “Retake classes.” “Start over” somewhere else. Apprenticeship programs like the Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education (FAME) help students’ maintain momentum by giving them the chance to earn while they learn. FAME combines education with on-the-job training that gives students the skills they need to transition into lucrative, diverse career paths across manufacturing without missing a beat.
