The Women MAKE mentorship program, run by Creators Wanted co-lead organization, the Manufacturing Institute, provides a unique opportunity for female students in four-year colleges and universities, community colleges, high schools and middle schools to connect with successful female manufacturers in the industry.

With a mentor, students can gain valuable insights, guidance and support in their careers as they figure out what’s next in their education and/or career journey. Studies have shown that women who are mentored are more likely to be better prepared for promotions, have higher success rates, stay with organizations longer, feel more satisfied with their jobs and careers and perform better.
