Emerging women leaders are creating the future of U.S. manufacturing, and the future is innovative, exciting, and impactful. To help elevate today’s women leaders in the industry and continue to inspire and empower the next generation of women creators, the Manufacturing Institute is recognizing exceptional accomplishments by women in science, tech, engineering, and production.
In this episode, we’ll meet some of the STEP Ahead Honorees and Emerging Leaders who are making significant contributions within their organizations and who exemplify leadership within the industry as a whole; they’ll share their stories about what led them to pursue a career in manufacturing and the impact they’re able to make through their current roles.
We’ll also speak with MI leadership and the 2021 STEP Women’s Initiative Chair about the importance of programs such as STEP, as well as opportunities for mentorship, networking, and skills development for the next generation of emerging women leaders.
