Every year, about 200,000 men and women transition out of the military. But they don’t leave their skills, focus or dedication behind. Programs like the Manufacturing Institute’s Heroes MAKE America help transitioning service members, veterans and military spouses identify and translate their existing qualities and skills into rewarding and impactful careers in manufacturing. For many in the military community, it’s a natural step forward.
In this episode, we’ll hear from two Heroes program graduates who have transformed their military experience into successful manufacturing careers. We’ll also speak to MI leaders about how Heroes MAKE America is helping today’s veterans become tomorrow’s manufacturing leaders.
